After you submit a reimbursement claim through Kismet, you can track exactly where it is in the process — no need to call or email.
Finding your claims
In the app: Tap Reimbursements from the Budget screen. Your recent claims are listed, with the most recent at the top.
On the website: Click Reimbursements in the top navigation. You will see a full list of all your claims.
What the status labels mean
| Draft | Saved but not yet submitted to your plan manager. Fully editable. |
| Analysing | The receipt is being scanned automatically. The claim is locked and can't be edited or submitted until the scan finishes. |
| Received | Your claim has been received and is waiting for your plan manager to review it. |
| Processing | Sent to your plan manager team for review. Read-only. |
| Changes requested | Your plan manager needs additional information or a clearer receipt. Check for a message in the app. |
| Paid | Payment has been issued. Allow 1–3 business days for funds to arrive. |
