The Settings tab is where you manage everything behind the scenes of your provider listing – from completing onboarding tasks to managing your team and reviewing your subscription.
How to access Settings
Step 1 From the Provider Dashboard, click the Settings tab in the tab bar.
Step 2 You will see your business logo (or placeholder) at the top, along with four action buttons.
Settings options explained
| Setting | What it does |
| Onboarding | A checklist of steps to complete your listing setup on Kismet. Completing all tasks maximises your visibility in search results. |
| Edit profile | Update your public-facing provider listing including business name, contact details, bio, specialisations, logo, and more. |
| Team | Invite team members to access and co-manage your Kismet listing. Ideal for practices with admin staff or multiple clinicians. |
| Subscription | View and manage your Kismet membership plan. Upgrade to increase your visibility and access to enquiries. |
