Kismet hosts Ready-Set-Connect events – speed-networking events that bring together NDIS service providers, support coordinators, people with disability, families, and others in the community. Events are an excellent way to build local relationships.
How to browse upcoming community events
Step 1 Click "Community" in the top navigation bar.
Step 2 On the Community page, click "Find a Ready-Set-Connect Event near you".
Step 3 You will see a table of upcoming events with columns for Date, Event type, State, Location, and Registration status.
Step 4 Use the Event type and State dropdowns to filter events by your area or preferred format.
Step 5 Click on any event row to open its full detail page.
Registering for an event
Step 1 Click on the event you want to attend to open its detail page.
Step 2 Select the option 'Table Host' at the top.
Step 3 Add tickets for the type of table host you want to be for the event.
Step 4 Click "Get tickets" to complete your registration.
💡 Tip – Table host vs Attendee: As a provider, you are much better off registering as a Table host. This gives you a dedicated table at the event where participants and support coordinators come to you – making it easier to have meaningful conversations about your services.
ℹ️ Note Events marked "Now open" are currently accepting registrations. New events are added regularly across different states, so check back often.
