Viewing full enquiry details
Step 1 Click on any enquiry row to open the detail view.
Step 2 The detail view shows all relevant information: Value, Date, Service type, Location, Funding type, Age group, Type of appointment, Required availability, Appointment time preference, and any additional service requirements.
Step 3 For Shortlisted enquiries, scroll down to see the Contact section, which displays the referring person's name, email address, and phone number.

💡 Example: You receive an enquiry for Physiotherapy in Brisbane City, 4000 – NDIS Plan Managed, Young Adults (17–21 years), Ongoing, In Clinic. Even before it's Secured, you can identify which clinician on your team is the best fit and prepare a warm introduction.
