Learn how to view a budget, whether it's yours or for someone you care for.
This guide is for participants, carers and Support Coordinators who want to view an individual's budget on the mobile app.
Before you begin
You have downloaded the Kismet app on your mobile device and logged in.
Steps
Step 1: Open Budgets
Tap Budgets from the Home page
Step 2: Select the individual
Choose the name of the person whose budget you want to view.
Step 3: View the funding card
The purple funding card shows:
Participant’s name
NDIS number
Plan type
Tap the info icon to see:
Overall plan details
Plan manager details
Step 4: Check support categories
Below the funding card, you’ll see support category cards, which display:
Available amounts
Categories in high spend
Tap a category to see a detailed breakdown of that category.
Step 5: View invoices
Within the same view, you can also access all invoices linked to the participant’s active plan.
