Providers can now track the progress of NDIS claims submitted for participants whose plan managers use Kismet, making it easier to stay up to date on payments.
Before you start
You have claimed your provider profile in Kismet
How to view invoice status
- Log in to https://www.kismet.healthcare/
- Click Manage Providers
- Select the more options icon on the top right of your provider name
- Select View Invoices
- Search for invoices by Invoice Reference, Plan Manager (Payer), or Status.

For privacy reasons, participant details aren’t shown on this page, as it includes all invoices submitted under this ABN. Note that multiple branches may operate under a single ABN.
