When logging into Kismet via the app or web platform, you may encounter the "OTP is incorrect" error.
This issue can occur due to the following reasons:

Resending the OTP Multiple Times
- If you select "Resend Code" multiple times, previously sent codes become invalid as soon as a new code is generated.

Incorrect OTP Entry
- The OTP may have been entered incorrectly, such as missing digits or incorrect character
How to fix

Ensure You Use the Most Recent code
Only enter the most recent code sent to you. Check your email inbox for the latest message. -
Double-Check Your Entry
Carefully input the OTP to avoid errors. Pay attention to characters that may look similar (e.g., 'O' vs '0'). -
Wait for the Code to Arrive
If the code takes longer than expected, avoid pressing "Resend" repeatedly. Wait 10-15 minutes before resending a new code.
