After logging into Kismet, you might see that the account name displayed is not your own, but the participant's.
This normally happens if your plan manager recently migrated with us. In many cases, your email address was previously set as the primary contact under the participant’s profile on the previous platform, which can lead to this display issue.
How to fix
- Go to https://www.kismet.healthcare/user
- Update your name
- Save Changes
