How to use filters when searching for providers

🖤 This guide is for anyone looking to use the Kismet Marketplace to find suitable providers.

This guide will help you optimise your searches, ensuring you connect with providers that best meet your needs.

Kismet is fast and easy to find providers near you that meet your needs and requirements. By using filters, you can quickly customise your search to suit your personal preferences.

How to find filters

  1. Go to https://www.kismet.healthcare/ 
  2. Search for a provider
  3. Click 'Filters'
  4. A side bar will appear with all the filters we have available. 
  5. Once you've applied the filters you want, don't forget to click 'Apply Filters' at the bottom of the sidebar!



Once you've searched for the providers in the area you are are looking for, you can click any of the 'Filters' in the filter menu bar above the search results

 

Available Filters

Setting for care

Adding a filter for where you would like to receive care will remove any providers that aren't able to accommodate your location preferences.

  • All (default)
  • Home
  • Clinic
  • Telehealth (or online service)




Categories

  • Applying different category filters will show or hide providers based on what services they offer. These may not align to specific NDIS categories but instead will be common services that might be useful for customers who have NDIS plans
  • If you cant find what you are looking for, try expanding the list by clicking on 'Show more'

Age Groups

Filtering by age group will ensure that the providers in the search results are able to support the specific age group you have selected.

  • Any age group (default)

  • Early Childhood (0-7 years old)

  • Children (8-16 years old)

  • Young Adults (17-21 years old)

  • Adults (22-59 years old)

  • Mature Age (60+ years old)

 

Travel Distance

If you are wanting to receive care outside your home, you can limit the distance you are willing to travel

  • Any distance

  • 1km through to

  • 40km (default) through to

  • 250km

 



Rating

Filter providers based on their customer review rating
  • Any rating
  • 1+ star
  • 2+ star
  • 3+ star
  • 4+ star
  • 5 stars

You can either select the minimum star rating you wish your provider to be

Or it can be left blank to show all ratings

 


Availability

Select how long you are willing to wait for an appointment

  • Any availability (default)

  • Available now

  • 1-2 weeks

  • 2-4 weeks

  • 1-3 months

  • 3-6 months

  • 6-12 months

  • 12+ months
