Please note: Viewing invoices differs depending on your role. If you are a support coordinator or a nominee, please refer to these instructions for guidance.
Using the Kismet app
Viewing a summary of all invoices
You can view all of your invoices at a high level, regardless of which budget category they have been added to.
- Open the Kismet app and tap Budgets in the bottom navigation menu
- Check that you are on the correct plan
- Scroll down to the Invoices section
- View a summary of all invoices at a high level, regardless of which budget category they have been added to.
Viewing a summary of invoices by budget
- Open the Kismet app and tap Budgets in the bottom navigation menu
- Find the budget you are interested in the Budget section then click View
- Scroll down to view invoices categorised by budget category
Viewing individual invoice details
You can view individual invoice details including:
- Live invoice status
- Provider
- Date
- Description
- Line items
- Amount due
- Total paid the original invoice in the app.
- Open the Kismet app and tap Budgets in the bottom navigation menu
- Scroll down to the Invoices section
- Tap on any invoice
- View all the invoice details here
Viewing the original invoice
- Open the Kismet app and tap Budgets in the bottom navigation menu
- Scroll down to the Invoices section
- Tap on any invoice
- Tap View original
- It will redirect you to a browser that contains the original invoice
