How to view a participant's budget

🖤 This guide is for support coordinator or carers wanting to view a participants NDIS budget that was shared with them.

Before you start

check-circle.svg You have created a Kismet account and are logged in

check-circle.svg The participant has shared their plan with you

Please note: If you are the participants or primary carers and want to view your own budget, click here.

Viewing a participant's budget on the Kismet app

  1.  Open Kismet app

  2. Tap on Contacts

  3. Click on the participant's name
    If you do not see the participant's participant's name, ask the participant to share their plan with you via Kismet.

  4. Review the budget

  1. Go to https://www.kismet.healthcare/ 

  2. Click your name on the top right corner

  3. Click Contacts

  4. Click participant's name

  5. Click the arrow on the plan you would like to view

    You can ask or support the participant follow this how-to guide on how to share a plan with you.  Alternatively, contact your plan manager directly for further assistances.
