🖤 This guide is for anyone who would like guidance on how to create an account. Once you have created an account, you will be able to fully utilise features such as sending enquiries, managing a provider listing or viewing a plan.
This guide includes:
Creating an account using Kismet app
- Download the Kismet app
- Click Sign up
- Enter your details
- Click Agree and continue
- Go to your email Inbox and check for an email with the subject line Your Kismet passcode sent from help@kismet.healthcare. This will contain a 6-character code
- Paste the code into the Kismet app
Creating an account using Kismet web
- Go to https://www.kismet.healthcare/login.
- Type your email address.
Please note: If your email address is already registered, you can skip to step 5. - Complete the form.
- Click Agree and continue.
- Go to your email Inbox and check for an email with the subject line Your Kismet passcode sent from help@kismet.healthcare. This will contain a 6-character code.
- Copy the 6-character code from you email and paste it to Kismet.
- You are now logged in!
Notes:
- If you haven't received the code within a few minutes, try the tips listed in 'If you aren't receiving a verification code'
- If you are still having trouble receiving the security code, reach out to your own team to check that the Kismet domain is whitelisted.
