We aim to have a verified list of providers back to our customers within 48 hours. This means we work fast and if you would like to increase your chances of being included in the shortlist, here are some tips you can follow

Fast response time on enquiry emails

You will receive emails from us whenever we receive an enquiry that is a possible match for your services and area. To increase your likelihood of being added to a shortlist, it is important to ensure you respond to these emails as soon as possible if you are interested in the enquiry.

In the email, you can select from a few options:

  1. Yes, we can service this request: Your team have the capacity to take on the new client and you offer the services and preferences they have requested

  2. No, we don't have capacity: Your team offer the service, but cannot accept the request right now perhaps due to availability or lack of support for the customer's preference

  3. No, we don't offer that service or location: The services that have been requested are not offered by your company. If you select this option, we will update your profile to match your response

Correct contact details

Making sure the enquiry information is getting to the right people can help our team get you on shortlists faster. If your team operates with a centralised enquiries team, this can help as it will mean that many people will be able to answer the questions we are looking for around suitability for the enquiry.

If there is only one person instead, letting us know how you prefer to be contacted can also increase us being able to get in contact with you. Have a chat with your account manager so they can note down your contact preferences.

Missed Call? Give us a call back

We know that some times it's just not possible to answer the phone. If we aren't able to get you, our team will leave a voicemail where available and follow up with an email. Getting back to us promptly will increase your chances of getting on a shortlist.

Share our process with your intake team

If there are a few people who work on your intake team, we are happy to jump on a quick call and run them through the platform, our processes and our team. Having your team familiar with how we work will help increase your chances of success
