As a Service Provider, you will start to receive enquiries from people seeking care and support services. The information they provide will include information on who to contact about the enquiry as well as more specific details which will direct the enquiry to a provider that can help them.

Immediately after an enquiry is received through Kismet, you will receive an email notification to the email listed against the provider informing you that you have a new enquiry. People can also send enquiries through to providers that havent yet signed up to Kismet. If you have received an enquiry, but created an account, you can follow these steps to Claim your Listing

We like to make sure anyone sending an enquiry is contacted, so our team will also give the person who submitted the enquiry a call to discuss any additional details required. If you receive an enquiry directly, please feel free to reach out and get in contact with the person who submitted it. You may also receive a call from us, just to make sure nothing is being missed and to chat a little more about any information you or the support seeker may have.

If you click on 'View Enquiry', you will be taken back to Kismet and will be able to see all the information on the dashboard. However, you will need to log in or create an account linked to the provider to view the details.

You will be able to clearly see how long ago the enquiry was made, as well as any and all information that will help you decide if you have the capacity to help with the request. If you need to forward this to another team member within the company to handle the enquiry, you can easily 'Download as PDF' to pass on the required information.

Below is an example of what information will be included in the enquiry
