Once you have completed a search, the next step is to make a service enquiry.

Whichever option you choose, once the enquiry is submitted, someone from Kismet will reach out for more information and to support you to find the best service provider for your needs.

Area Enquiry

  • On the results page, you can opt to send one enquiry to the top 5 listed providers based on your search criteria

  • By selecting to send an area enquiry, you will be taken through the process to provide information on the person seeking the service and information about the service required

  • The platform will select 5 service providers who fulfil your search criteria to send the enquiry. If there are any providers who you deem unsuitable, you are able to unselect their result, and they will not be contacted

  • Before the enquiry is sent, you will be asked to confirm all of the information provided and then you can submit your service enquiry!

Direct Enquiry

  • If you would prefer to send an enquiry directly to one provider you can click into the listing to start the enquiry process

  • You will be asked to provide information about the person seeking the service, and details about the service they require

    • the Type of support and Preferred care setting options will be customised to the service provider

  • You will be asked to confirm the details being submitted

Sent Enquiries

Once you have made your first enquiry, you will have an additional menu item available in the top right of your screen.

Sent enquiries allows you to keep track of outstanding enquiries, review the details and download a pdf for your record keeping.
