Being logged into Kismet allows you to manage your profile, any claimed providers and access any enquiries that you have sent or received. The system has been set up so you don't need a password, just your registered email and the unique code that you will receive into your inbox.
If you can't log in, it might be for one of the following reasons:
The code has been typed incorrectly - this can be resolved by copying and pasting the code from the email into the login screen
If the code is entered incorrectly 3 times, it will expire so you will need to request a new code
If you've request multiple codes, ensure you are accessing the most recent one
The code has expired - login codes are valid for 5minutes
If your code has expired, please request a new one
You've logged in but you don't have access to your provider information?
Ensure that you have logged in with the email address linked to the service provider - you may have logged in with an individual account
If you would like multiple people to manage the provider information for administration the following steps can be followed:
the individual can request to claim the provider
the code will be sent to the email already registered for the service provider
the individual will need to enter that code to connect to the provider
Once claimed, the individual will also have the ability to manage the provider through their unique login
Once logged in, you will remain logged in for 2 weeks, but the window is reset every time you access the website. You will only be logged out after 2 weeks of inactivity.
