Once you have claimed your listing, you will have access to updating your service profile via Manage Providers at the top right hand corner of your screen.
You can update your:
Basic company profile information
Services that you offer and how
Bricks and mortar outlets
Remote service areas
Images
Remember to click Save Changes if you edit a page!
Profile
This section is what users will see when they complete a search and click into your listing.
The email address on this page is where any incoming enquiry notifications will be sent.
Services
The first section is where you can select the services that your provider offers. This is visible on your listing page, and also helps narrow the search when a user uses the service types to filter the available results.
The next sections allow you to set how your services are offered to clients, and the age ranges you service.
Outlets
This page allows you to enter any bricks and mortar outlets where you provide services. Setting the address will include this outlet in area searches that users complete.
If you do not provide services at this location, eg. your head office, you do not need to list it here.
Service Areas
Setting your service area is how services that you offer remotely will come up in searches. If you most commonly provide services within a km radius of a location, one service area will suffice.
However, if you offer services across a more varied area, you may want to create multiple service areas.
Name the area you'll be selecting and then use the zoom in and out buttons on the lower right to find the area.
You can also go to a full screen map (top right).
Click on the map to create a circle and then resize it by using the white dots around the edge to set the radius
Use the white dot in the middle to move the circle
Repeat if required
Images
This is the picture that will show on your listing! Use your logo or any images you have of your provider and the services you offer.
